30-DAY RETURN
We offer a 100% 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which most companies do not offer. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product (hardware) just return it. There will be no questions asked!

Many applications are complicated and it is possible that the product does not work as you anticipated, so why should you be stuck with the product? If you are dissatisfied with one of our hardware products, we will refund the full value of the order minus shipping costs. Furthermore, we will not add restocking fees!

5-YEAR WARRANTY
All of our hardware products are CE (and/or FCC, RoHS) certified, and we offer a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Within 5 years from the time of purchase, if a rare malfunction should occur, CommFront will, without charge, repair or replace your product. Simply fill out our RMA form and we will issue you a RMA number for the return of your product.  

REFUND
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase 1 to 7 business days after we receive your return. However, please note that we do not issue refunds after 30 days of purchase. Additionally, software, shipping/handling costs, and 3rd party service charges (if applicable) are not refundable once the software is activated, the license code is delivered, or the service is rendered.
